A total of 1,53 trusses were assembled at the job site using pre-cut stress-graded lumber. Construction plans bearing the stamp of a Registered Civil Engineer were furnished by Trussponents, Inc. in Anaheim. Connections were made with 20 ga. galvanized steel "Trusplates" and 1-1/2" fillet head T-Nails. Workmanship during fabrication appeared good. Twenty-four trusses were rejected as not according to plans due to faulty materials or wrong plate size. These trusses were dismantled and rebuilt using the disassembled materials if suitable.
