REVIEW THE GENERAL FUND’S FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 PRELIMINARY FINANCIAL RESULTS; FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 PACING THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2019; AND STATUS OF DEFERRED ITEMS FROM FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 BUDGET ADOPTION Finance Department PURPOSE: This report is intended to update the City Council on the following items:  Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-19 General Fund preliminary financial results and the projected ending fund balance;  FY 2019-20 General Fund pacing for the quarter ended September 30, 2019; and  Status of the FY 2019-20 deferred items for the Finance Department, Information Technology Department, Development Services Department and Police Department.
