This to indicate lack of follow up and correction as requested for which to be done by city staff.
I here do request a copy of staff finding and issue of mandated citations.

Today
Rene: Again the fire gate was open and cars were using the gate to access , enter and park.
Per Dr99 -22 that the gate be used exclusively for emergency fire truck and to be closed at all time.
Also emphasize, employees are to park facing near Harbor blvd and no parking for them allowed by the north
wall adjacent to residents
This my second call to you with additional pictures for different dates.
I do request that city code enforcement staff to audit and issue citations Re violation.
