NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Study Session of the Costa Mesa City
Council will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 5:00 p.m., Via Zoom Webinar.
The purpose of the Special Study Session is to discuss the following item:
1. 2021-2029 HOUSING ELEMENT – STATUS UPDATE – Development Services
