RECOMMENDATION:
Approve final map for Tract No. 18127 (Attachment 1) and authorize signing of the map by
the City Clerk and the City Engineer.
BACKGROUND:
The Planning Commission approved the Conditions of Approval for the Tentative Map of
Tract. No. 18127 on March 26, 2018 (Attachment 2). The Map consists of a subdivision
of a 0.44 acre lot into five lots for residential purposes under the small lot ordinance.
ANALYSIS:
This map is a subdivision of a portion of lot 39 of Tract No. 9 as shown on a map
recorded in Book 9, Page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the County of Orange Clerk-
Recorder’s Office, California. The Final Map is in substantial conformance with the
Tentative Tract Map approved by the Planning Commission. The Tract Map has been
checked and found to be technically correct, and includes the dedication of an
easement for emergency and public security vehicle purpose, and the release and
relinquishment of access rights to Victoria Street to be accepted by the City.
ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED:
There are no alternatives considered for this item.
FISCAL REVIEW:
No fiscal impact.

LEGAL REVIEW:
The City Attorney’s Office has reviewed this report and approves it as to form.
CITY COUNCIL GOALS & PRIORITIES:
This is an administrative action for the signing of a Final Tract Map.
CONCLUSION:
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Final Map and authorize the City
Clerk and the City Engineer to sign the Map.
