NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Closed Session of the Costa Mesa City
Council will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., Via Zoom Webinar. The
purpose of the Special Closed Session is to discuss the following item:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION – ONE
CASE - Pursuant to subdivision (d)(2) of Section 54956.9 California Government
Code, Potential Litigation.
