RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council approve the following Mayor’s appointment:
1. Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA): Alternate - Mayor John Stephens.
BACKGROUND:
The action affirms Mayor John Stephens as the alternate to the TCA.
ANALYSIS:
The Mayor has requested the following appointment to the TCA:
AGENCY ALTERNATE
TCA Mayor John Stephens
FISCAL REVIEW:
There is no fiscal impact.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The City Attorney’s Office has reviewed this report and has approved it as to form.
ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED:
City Council may choose to not make the appointment, and Council Member Gameros will
remain as the alternate appointment.
CONCLUSION:
Staff recommends the City Council approve the following Mayor’s appointment:
1. Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA): Alternate - Mayor John Stephens.
