So that your pool will be a safe one and Yor the purpose of advising
you of your responsibility regarding the requirements of the Costa Mesa
Municipal Code, we quote Section 9298•9�
1. No swimmin� pool shall be constructed closer than five (5)

and to be sure all provisions of Section 929$•9 of the Municipal Code
have been met.
