Here is what I understand at this point The work was never finally inspectcd or signed off. The work was never completed. When [ asked someone to check, I found out that some of the interior trim of the replacement windows was coming loose or had fallen off. The installer sent someone to look at the work, and that person said there was at least one more day's work required to complete the installation satisfactorily. Right now, I am trying to arrange for the installer to come back to finish thejob. 1'm still in Vietnam, so I'm not sure exactly when this will be done.
