At the Redevelopment Agency meeting of August 3, 1983, and the Planning
Commission meeting of August 8, 1983, the requested awning for the
referenced address was approved for installation. However, the Costa
Mesa Municipal Code requires a seven day waiting period following Plan-
ning Commission and Redevelopment Agency actions. Therefore, this let-
ter is your notification that Building Permit B-7492 will become valid
on August 16, 1983, subject to all Conditions of RA-83-06. A copy of
the Staff Report for Rh-83-06 with the Conditions of Approval are
enclosed for your convenience.
