CO . TO SEE IF THEY COULD SERVE THIS WITH A "DROP".
TO THIS DATE OR WRITING NEITHER PARTY HAS EITHER
CALLED OR RETURNED A LETTER .
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS GARAGE IS FOR STORAGE OF
COLLECTOR OLD CARS . THE ONLY TIME ELECTRICAL MAY
BE USED IS TO ENTER OR LEAVE ON RARE OCCASIONS IN
