Jack hammered concrete out 3 or 4 inches and found no soft or rebound in concrete. I advised Anthony to plaster pool • and see if that would not cure the problem. Anthony representative agreed end said that they fully guaranteed the pool for the present owner as long as they owned the pool. I believe this is the way to cure the problem.
