This will refer you to the Majestic Thulman L426R �replace, Serial #7000215
installed at 2750 Gannet Drive, Costa Mesa, California, Zinn Job.
The Majestic models L42B, L426L, L42BR fnstallation Data: Fire chamber
assembly may be installed without clearance directly upon and adjacent tu
combustible construction. Chimney sections are to be installed with one inch
clearance fo enclosed walls and roof structure and with clearance at floors,
joists, and ceilings as established by factory furnished firestop - spacers. Over-all
height of fireplace and its chimney to be not less than i l foot, 3 inches nor more than
90 feet. Flue supports required 45 feet and 75 feet from floor.
In addition, we are enclosing a folder and installation instructions on the Majestic
Thulman fireplaces. If there are any further questions with regards to this particular
installation, we suggest that you contact our distributor, Sunset Fireplace Fixtures,
211 North Madison Avenue, Los Angeles, California, 90004 or ourselves.
