Dear Mrs. Bouk,
We are aware that plans for your proposed house on Gleneagles
Terrace currently show a roof height of approximately
27 ft . 6 inches above grade.
As you are aware, this Architectural Review Committee
rejected that roof height at an earlier submission and
requested you to resubmit . Your compliance with this
request brought the plans in conformance with your
residence on Phalantrope, which has a roof height of
approximately 21 ft . 6 inches. This Committee approved and
signed plans at the 21 ft . 6 inch height . If you have altered
those plans, then our approval will be withdrawn.
We have advised the Building Department of the situation
and hope you will make every effort to clear up this matter.
