Plann. 1. This Directional Sign shall he removed in two years or upon the sale of the
last new home in Tracts Nos. 6693, 6695, 6582, 6613 and 6614, whichever is
sooner.
.Plann. 2. A Bond or Savings and Loan Certificate in the amount of $200.00 is to be
provided to guarantee the removal of this sign within 30 days after the
expiration of this Zone Exception Permit. Failure to do so will result
in the forfeiture of the Bond or Certificate.

in automatic forfeiture of the Bond and removal of the sign.
