At time of arrival weld' at 4x4 T.S. above elevator was already welded and therefore unknown welder was used and
unknown type of fille metal was used. Also (11) Hilti Kwik Bolt I I D.I.A. were already anchored through tube steel base
plate's at top of elev r unknown dept. of embedment and clea�liness is also unknown to holes.
NOTE: Welds performed a 8 beam tube steel are correct size. ��
Continuous visual inspection was performed ofjoint prepa g y certified operator using AWS electrode
E7018 1/8" rod at utility platform pipe connection to beam as per detail #8 on S-2.
Welder: Robert K. Potter - L.A. City Lic. #P002114. Also inspected drilled in anchors at base plates to utility platform and to
concrete walls as per plans details #3, #8 on S-2. Verified torch with calibrated wrench and verified embedment observed
the erection of steel platform & witnessed the installation of A325 high strength bolts torch 8, snap verification was made and
torch wrench was used to veriTy foot pounds.
