I have recently found out that the permits on my re -model have expired. As far as I
know, I just need a final inspection. I have had no success in contacting the contractor
that I had used and do not know what steps to take next.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience to advise me on what I need to do to next.

I am writing this letter to find out how to re -open my expired permits for final inspection.
I had a remodel which included an addition to my home, and my contractor left me
stranded when the house was almost complete. I had your inspectors out and they signed
off on some of my permits, and gave me a list of work on the others. I am a single
mother and had paid my contractor to complete his job, but ended up having to pay
people to come out and finish my house. Since I have limited financial resources, it took
me some time to get all the unfinished work done.
Please let me know what I need to do to get my permits re -open and signed off.
I also had permit # M05-00188 and P05-00268 which I believe were signed off by Henry,
