We did not realize this permit had expired until we had a permit pulled for a heating system issued on November 2, 2007. The plumber who installed our heater told us that it was not signed off when he pulled the permit to do the heater. He also told us at that time we needed more work done on the water heater to bring it up to current codes. We are in the process of hiring someone to do the work at this point. We would like an extension so that we can get the water heater up to code and have it signed off, possibly at the same time we'h'ave the hew heater signed off.
