Dear Mr. C'De Baca,
I have recieved a letter from Mr. Haithe dated 3/11l91 regarding
our permit. It explains in the letter that we must complete the
final inspection within ten days. The permit was for a stucco blockk
wa71 . Everything is done and has been inspected up to the installing
the ]ights and wrought iron. The problem we are now faced with
and have been is funds. We were going to do the stucco ourselves,
but Ray was activated in the reserves and went to Saudi Arabia
in Sept. I also found out I was pregnant wit h my sixth child. We
had to hire an independent to do the stucco. This cut into our funds
drastically as Ray was only ma�g a third of his normal income,
nobody will hire m e for a second ,job in this condition, so I hope
you can understand our predicament. Ray returned ]ast Fri. and
is still taldng care of military odds and ends. Then he must build
up his trade to the level it was. It will probably be three to four
months to drag ourselves out of debt fY�om bi1Ls that have accrued
over the last six months, so I am asking for an extension on the
permitfor that period. When we started the fencewe had no obstacles
in our way, but the unexpected happens and it did. I ask you to
please reconsider this and will be happy to hear fl^om you any
suggestions on what we should do.
