THE RESIDENCE AT 2059 PRESIDENT PLACE COMPLIES WITH BUILDING CODE
REQUIREMENTS WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS:
1. THE LIGHT OVER THE SINK IS IMPROPERLY WIRED WITH ZIP CORD. REMOVE
LIGHT AND CORD.
2. THE :PATIO COVER HAS BEEN BUILT WITHOUT A PERMIT AND WIRING HAS BEEN
DONE WITHOUT PERMIT AND DONE IMPROPERLY. TO RETAIN PATIO COVER, A PERMIT
MUST BE OBTAINED AND PATIO COVER MUST BE INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE.
3. A NEW WATER HEATER HAS BEEN INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMITS. THE WATER
HEATER UNDER THE PATIO COVER ALSO WAS INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMITS AS WAS THE
LAUNDRY TRAY. THE TUBING THAT SUPPLIES THE WATER HEATER UNDER THE PATIO
=OVER MUST BE REMOVED AND PERMITS OBTAINED FOR OTHER WORK.
4. THE WOODEN RACK OVER THE ELECTRIC HEATER IS HAZARDOUS IF A TOWEL IS
HUNG FROM IT NEAR THE FRONT OF THE HEATER.
5. THE METAL PORCH COVER AT THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE WAS ADDED WITHOUT
PERMITS.
6. THERE IS SOME ELECTRICAL EXPOSED WIRING ADDED TO THE FRONT OF THE
HOUSE THAT MUST BE REMOVED.
7. THE SHED AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE LOT
REMOVED.
