Mr. Ed Petros,
I am currently in escrow as the buyer on the property located at 365 Ravello Lane. I am
seeking to have the permits referenced above finalized and determine what, if any, costs
would be incurred to do so. The remodeling work in which these permits were applied
for has been completed and any plans used to apply for the permits above aze no longer
available. Bonnie Kubota advised me to mention that the code changed in 2002.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience as I do not want to remove contingencies
without being fully awaze of what is necessary to finalize the permits mentioned above.
