Mr Peters,
I am writing you to ask for an extension for my plans that have expired. In all honesty, I
was not awaze of the expiration date. I understand it is my responsibility, but I am new at
this and quite a bit ignorant of the process. I thought 1 was able to start construction when
my contractor/ architect filed the plans, but I had a prepayment penalty on my loan and was
unable to re-fi for a few months. I am now able and have re-fied and have the money to
continue you with my project. I was hoping you'd be able to extend the plans and I can
move on with the addition. Thank you for your time and I hope you can help
