The type of construction—gunite, poured concrete, prefabricated fiberglass or other. The pool dimensions, including the depth and adequate cross-sections drawn to scale. Computations, stress diagrams and other data sufficient to show the correcmess of plans; including reinforcing steel schedule and details. A statement by the applicant conceming the anticipated nature of the soil under and around the pool structure (expansive, moderately expansive, non-expansive). (A soils report may be required by Building Division prior ro permit issuance.) The Engineer's we[ ink signature is required on pool plans and calculations. All semi-private pools and spas shall conform to Culifornia Administrative Code Title 24 handicapped requirements (hotels, motels, recreation areas for lease ro public or publicly funded projects).
