perfozmance of the buildir� plan reviea, shall be deemed officeYs, agents,
and anployees and subcontractozs of ENGINEER only and city shall not be
liable for their acts or anissions nor res�.vnsible to than for arythirr�

A. The ENGINEER shall canply with all the provisions of the Worker's Caripen-
sation Insisance and Safety Acts of the State of California, the appli-
cable prwi.sions of Division 4 ard 5 of the Californi.a Labor Code, arrl
all a�rendrrents thereto, ard regulations adcpted pursuant thereto tr� the
State De�rtrc�ent of Lat�or arr] similar State or Federal acts or Iaws
applicable.
B. ENGINEER sha11 certify in a form and msnner acceptable to CI'TY that the
plans he has diecked cc�ly wi.th all applicable codes, ordinances, and
laws relating to the particular type of developirent proposed arrl that
permits may be issued for the construction aE same.
C. If anissions or errors in the plans �are discovered during the course of
wnstructzon, correctiorLs shall be mac� at no ccst to CITY, and, all work
perfotmed shall be required to canply with the codes and ordinances of
CITY prior tD final building inspection.
