After the visit on July 3, 2007, Building 32 appeazed to be in substantial confortnance with the cast-in-place holddown requiremenu of the Structural Plans. This office made si[e visits on January 17, 2008 and January 24, 2008, to observe rough framing for the above mentioned building for substantial conformance to the structural plans.
