After the visit on July 5, 2007, Building 33 appeared to be in substantial conformance with the cast-in-place holddown requirements of the Structural Plans. This office made si[e visits on January 24, 2008 and January 29, 2008, to observe rough framing for the above mentioned building for substantial conformance to the structural plans. Deficient items, (some were quite minor), were discussed wi[h either Tony Ramos with Westem National Construction or TWR's Framing Foreman. The rough framing after our last visit on January 29, 2008, had these deficient items correc[ed, and appeared [o be in substantial conformance with the structural plans.
