Minor items, such as holddowns without reinforcing within their shear cones and minimum rebar clearance, were brought to the attention of the concrete foreman and were corrected during the pre-slab visi[. After the visit on July 16, 2007, Building 39 appeared to be in subs[antial conformance wi[h the cast-in-place holddown requirements of the SWctural Plans. This office made visits on February 7, 2008 and February 8, 2008, ro observe rough fiaming for the above mentioned building for substantial conformance to the shvctural plans. Deficient items, (some were quite minor), were discussed with either Tony Ramos with Westem National Construction or TWR's Framing Foreman. The rough framing, after our last visit on February 8, 2008, had these deficient items corrected, and appeared to be in substantial conformance with the structural plans.
