After the visit on July 19, 2007, Building 31 appeared to be in substantial conformance with the cast-in-place holddown requirements of the Structural Plans. This office made site visits on January l0, 2008 and January I5, 2008, to observe rough framing for [he above mentioned building for substantial conformance to the structural plans.
