Deficient items, (some were quite minor), were d;geussed with either ToTry Ramos wich Westem National Construction or TWR's Framing Foreman. A subsequent field observatioa was also performed on October 15, 2007, to v¢rify the top plate nailing connections abore the hazdy frame moment frame at the front of the garages. The rough framing at each garage front was verified to eonfirm the adequary of ihe connections and whrne necded ro repair, specific instructions were given ta �he fiamer to repair rhe defioient item. Ihe rough framirfg, after our last visit on October 15, 2007, had these deficient items conecud, and appeered to be in substantial conformance with thc strucmrsl pians. These observations are imended only to assist ihe framing contrector in conformanee with the struetural plans as they roiate ro this residential apartment project and are not to be construed as "Special inspections".
