Defieient items, (some were quitc minor), were discussed with either Tony Etamos with Westem Narional Consauction or TWR's Framing Foceman. A subsequent field observation was alco performed on Oetober 15, 2007, to verify the top plate nailing cocmectlons above the herdy frame momrnt frame at the front of the garages. 7he rough freming at each garage front was verified to confirm the adequary of the conn�etione end where needed to repair, specific instructions were given ro the framer to repa'v the deficien[ item. The rough framing, after our last v;sit on October l5, 2007, had these deficient items conected, and appeared ro be in substantial conformance with she structural plans, These observazions are intended only to assist the framing contractor in conformance with the struetural plans as rhey relete to this residential aparanent project and are not to be construed as "Special Inspections".
