Deficieut items, (some were quite minor), were discussed with either Tony Ramos with Western National Construction or TWR's Framing Foreman. The rough framing, after our last visit on November 29, 2007, had these deficient items cocrected, and appeazed to be in substantial conformance with the siructural plans. T'hese observarions are intended only to assist the &aming contractor in conformance with the struchual plans as they relate to this residential aparhnent project and aze not to be construed as "Special Inspections". The responsibility for such plan conformance, of course, remains with the contractor.
