Minor items, such as holddowns withou[ reinforcing within their sheaz cones and minimum rebaz cleazance, were brought to the attention of the concrete foremen and were corrected during the pre-slab visit. After the visit on hme 26, 2007, Building 20 appeared to be in substantial conformance with the cast-in-place holddown requirements of the Strucnual Plaas. This office made site visits on December 4, 2009 and January 2, 2008, to observe rough framing for the above mentioned building for substanrial conformance to the shuctural plans. Deficient items, (some were quite minor), were discussed with either Tony Ramos with Westem National Construction or TWR's Framing Foreman. T'he rough framing, after our last visit on January 2, 2008, had these deficient items corrected and appeazed to be in substanrial conformance with the struchual plaus. These observarions aze intended only to assist the framing contractor in conformance with the struchnal plans as they relate to this residential apartment project and aze not W be construed as "Special Inspections". The responsibility for such plan confotmance, of coutse, remams with the contractor.
