Deficient items, some quite minor, were brought to the attention of the concrete foreman and were corrected during the pre-slab visit and Building 45 appeared to be in substantial conformance with structural drawings. This office made a site visit on March 10, 2008 and April 3, 2008, to observe rough framing for the above mentioned building for substantial conformance to the structural plans. Deficient items, some were quite minor, were discussed with either Tony Ramos with Westem National Conshuction or TWR's Framing Foreman. Observed deficient items were corrected and the rough framing appeared to be in substantial conformance with the structural drawings by the time our visits were complete. These observations aze intended onty to assist the framing contractor in conformance with the struchval plans as they rela[e to this residential aparhnent project and are no[ to be construed as "Special Inspections".
