Deficient items; some quite minor, were brought to the attention of the concrete foreman and were corrected during the pre-slab visit and Building 24 appeared to be in substantial conformance with suuctural drawings. T'his office made a site visit on December 11, 2007 and December 13, 2007, to observe rough framing for the above mentioned building for substantial conformance to the structural plans. Deficient items, some were quite minor, were discussed with either Tony Ramos with Western Narional Construction or TWR's Framing Foreman. Observed deScient items were corrected and the rough framing appeazed to be in substanrial conformance with the siructural drawings by the time our visits were complete.
