applied acoustic ceiling materiai i'rom the bedroom & haliway) has been determined to the best of the Onsite
HygienisYs knowledge, information and belief ro be complete and in accordance with the Coutract
Specifications.
This includes the final air sampling that documents that airbome fiber concentrations for the Work Area are
within the guidelines estabfished by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for abatement activities. The
final air clearance sample concentrations were less than or equal to 0.01 f/cc.
As of ihe Date of Issuance of this notice, the area is available for re-occupancy.
