May we call to -your attention that City Ordinances require that a
-building permit be taken out for any such construction and, in this
case,a variance from zoning ordinances is also required.
DIn order that this structure may be permitted to remain, it will be
necessary for you to apply for and receive a variance and, after a
variance has been granted, it will be necessary for you to take out a
building permit and meet all the requirements of the city building
codes. Within ten days, please apply to the City Planning Department
for a variance or remove the structure.
