of your ewi�ning pool.
So that your pool will be a saYe one and Yor the purpose oP advising
you of your responsibility regarding the requirements of the Costa Mesa
NLmicipal Code, we quote Section 9298•9:
1. No strlffiting pool shall be constructed closer than five (5)

2. No swi�i.ng pool shall be constructed under any electric power
lines or on any electric power easement.
3. No swi�i.ng pool shall be constructed unless the yard
surrounding such pool is completely enclosed by a Pence

locking type gate or gates.
