oP your swimming pool.
So that your pool will be a safe one and for the purpose of advising
you of your reaponsibility regarding the requirements of the Costa Mesa
Municipal Code, we quote Section 9298•9�
1. No swimming pool shall be constructed closer than five (5)
feet to any property lines, measured £rom water line of pool.
2. No swimming pooZ shall be constructed under a.ny electric power
lines or on any electric power easercent.
3. No s�ri�ing pool shall be constructed unless the yard
surrounding such pool is coSplete7y enclosed by a fence
six (6) feet in height and have a self-c].osing and
locking type �ate or gates.
