Dear Mr. Jackson:
On December 24, 1985, inspection was made at subject property. In-
spection revealed the following:
(1) Garage is abandoned and opened. Structure shall be secured to
keep out small children and transients.
(2) The small structure at the rear of the property is also access-
ible.
(3) There are unsecured, vehicles, camper and travel trailer which
shall he secured or removed from the property. •
(4) There is an abandoned refrigerator in the rear yard which does
not have the door removed. The door shall be removed or the
refrigerator shall be reraved frau the property.
You have (10) ten days frau receipt of this letter to remove these
hazards frau the property. Failure to comply will result in a citation
to appear in court.
