may take action on your current approval and I have granted an
extension of 180 days, through June 3, 1994.
I wish to remind you, per our previous discussion, however, that
the extension pertains to the current submittal. Presentation of
a new project concept constitutes the need for a new plan check
with new plan check fees and would not be, therefore, a recheck as
you make reference to in your November 22, 1993 letter.
