The Costa Mesa Planning Deparbment has been notified of the completion
of your swi�ing pool.
So that your pool will be a saYe one and for the purpose of advising
yuu of your responaibility regarding the requirements oP the Coata Mesa
Municipal Code, we quote Section 9298.9:
1. No swi.�ing pool ehall be constructed closer than Yive (5)
feet to any property lines, measured irom water line of pool.
2. fto swimming pool shall be constructed under any electric power
lines or on any electric power easement.
3. No swi.�ing pool shall be conatructed unlesa the yard
surrounding such pool is completely encloaed by e fence
six (6) feet in height and has a selY-closing and locking
type ga.te or gates.
