Subsequently the slope was planted with ivy, whi�h prevented any erosion or danger of slipoage, However, a•Few months ago, his son hought a larger boat (the space is used for boat storage) and the neighbor cut the bank straight down from the property line, stating that he would be installing a retaining wall immediately. Now the ground is cracking close to the house and we fear a real disaster when the rains start. Ironically, the neighbor was �onstruction superintendent for Mike Koll, who built the homes. I called your office and was told this was strictly a civil matter between me and Mr. Frank Wilson, Are there not laws which prevent an action of this type? I would greatly appreciate your advice.
