unmetered since October 5, 1990 . A new panel has been installed
but we have not received a clearance from the City of Costa Mesa.
We plan to set the meter as soon as possible to avoid having to
estimate future electric bills . However, this action does not
preclude the need to have your electrical facilities inspected.
We will estimate your usage for the period service was unmetered.
Your previous usage will be used as a basis for the estimate.
