1. Ceramic tile flnnrin�Provide material and labor to remove existing
vinyl/carpeting and install 8" ceramic tile in first level of all units.. Prepare area
as needed to remove all imperfections to assure smooth installation surface.
Original baseboards to be used with no base shoes. Grouting is to be sealed by
pwner.

2. Shn�atei� In the second level hall baths of all units, provide material and labor to
install new ceramic tile in tub/shower over mortar base to include a shampoo and
soapbox. Ceramic tile to extend to ceiling, around windows and windowsill.
Tnstall new medium quality mixing valve with copper waterline. Include Price
Pfizer shower fittings with trip and overflow. Owner to select a single or dual .
water control valve. Also, install new shower door enclosure with chrome finish
and obscure glass (shower door material allowance is $150/door).
3, �xterinr Paint: Prep al] exterior surfaces by removing all peeling paint. Stucco
patch, sand, putty, and prime all areas as needed. Trench perimeter to 6 inches
below grade. Paint with two coats of Vista, Sinclair, or Dunn Edwards paint. c�^'
