order to establish standards of quality, the detailed specifications may refer to a certain product
hy name and7or from a major manufacturer. This procedure is not to be construed as eliminating
from competition other products of equal or better quality by other manufacturers. The
Contractor shall furnish the list of proposed desired substitutions prior to signing the contract.
All items listed on the work description, unless otherwise specified, shall include ali patching
