Dear Sir:
An inspection was conducted of e property owned by you, located
at 1601 Corsica Place. This inspectioi evealed that the property was
in a state of disrepair and over occupie . The Municipal Code allows
for single family use of property by a blood related family and this is
not the case with this resid nce.

The garage has been convey ,d for sleeping purposes and the turn •
over occupancy of the residence reates a complaint problem for the
area.
The use of the g.. nage as a sleeping area and the use of the resi-
dence by more than a si. ,le family shall cease within the next thirty
days in order to eliminat the necessity for further action by this
depnrtment .
