Dear Roqer:
The approved plans for the remodeling of Roger's Mesa del
Mar Gardens include the removal of the house and connecting
garage located at 220 3/4 Avocado Street, Costa Mesa, California
presently occupied by Mr, and Mrs. Wayne Van Aken.
Upon removal of the building the area will be used to increase
the parking facilities oi the nursery and to extend the drive-
way to provide an exit on Avocado Street. All costs for
demolition, removal of debris and paving of the parking lot
and driveway are to be paid by Roger's Mesa del Mar Gardens.
Your permission for removal of this building by demolition
on Saturday, February 12, 1972 is hereby requested.
I have enclosed a copy of this letter to be signed in the
appropriate place by you and returned to me in the enclosed
self-addressed envelope.

the property involved and in complete accor with all utility
companies involved in servicinq the property.
