HomeMy WebLinkAbout75-38 Zoning Lots 10,11-12, Tract 847�2-79-',/g ORDINANCE NO. .75-38 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOTS 10, 11, AND 12, TRACT 847, FROM Cl TO R4 -CP. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described. real.property is hereby placed and included in the R4 -CP zone, to wit: Lots 10, 11, and 12 of Tract 847, in the City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 26, Page 7 of Miscel- laneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. SECTION 2. Pursuant -to the provisions of Section 13-79 of the Municipal Code of the City. of Costa Mesa, District Map G-2 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby.amended by the addition thereto of the R4 -CP area .described in Section 1 hereof. SECT.I'ON.3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty .(30). days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (.15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published once in the. Orange Coast Daily Pilot, a newspaper of generalcirculation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
