AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA,
CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF ORANGE COUNTY ASSESSOR
PARCEL NUMBER 115-562-13 FROM Rl TO I AND R -S.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is
hereby placed and included in the I and R -S Zone, to wit:
Orange County Assessor Parcel Number 115-562-13
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map A-4 of the City of Costa Mesa is
hereby amended by the addition thereto of the I and R -S area described in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and -be in full force thirty
(30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen
(15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST
DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the
City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council
voting for and against the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1974.

the City of Costa Mesa, hereby certify that the above and foregoing Ordinance No.
74-14 was introduced and considered section by section at a regular meeting of
said City Council held on the 21st day of January, 1974, and thereafter passed
and adopted as a whole at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 4th
day of February, 1974, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Hammett, Jordan, Pinkley, Wilson, Raciti
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
