AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA,
CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF ORANGE COUNTY ASSESSOR
PARCEL NUMBERS 115-011-30; 115-011-31 FROM R2 TO I AND R.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is
hereby placed and included in the I and R Zone, to wit:
Orange County Assessor Parcel Numbers 115-011-30 and 115-011-31
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map A-4 of the City of Costa Mesa is
hereby amended by the addition thereto of the I and R area described in Section
1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days
from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa
Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and
against the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1974.

I, EILEEN P. PHINNEY, City Clerk and ex -officio Clerk of the
City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, hereby certify that the above
and foregoing Ordinance No. 74-6, was introduced and considered section
by section at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 7th day
of January, 1974, and thereafter passed and adopted as a whole at a
regular meeting of said City Council held on the 21st day of January,
1974 by the following roll call vote
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Hammett, Jordan, Pinkley, Wilson, Raciti
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereby set my hand and affixed the
Seal of the City of Costa Mesa this 22nd day of January, 1974.
